Gene F. Anderson Memorial CLE

Friday/Saturday, May 1 - 2, 2020

Due to the widespread concern regarding the potential for a COVID-19 outbreak, the 2020 ECBA Annual CLE has been cancelled as of March 18, 2020.

We recognize that many Northwest Kansas attorneys rely on our program to obtain their mandatory CLE hours. It is for this reason that we have determined it would be best to cancel the event sooner than later, in an effort to afford adequate time to attend alternative programming prior to the 2020 deadline.

For a list of other CLE Programs still available, please visit:

If you have already registered and/or paid, someone from our CLE Committee will be in touch with you and registration fees will be refunded.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

We hope to see you at our CLE next year.

About the Gene F. Anderson Memorial CLE

Each year, the Ellis County Bar Association coordinates a seminar to provide attorneys across western Kansas the opportunity to obtain 12 hours of Continuing Legal Education, including two Ethics hours.

Named for former attorney and Municipal Court Judge Gene F. Anderson, the annual CLE includes classes Friday morning and afternoon, a "happy hour" get-together Friday evening, and final classes on Saturday morning; all in a format that allows Kansas attorneys to conveniently get all required continuing legal education in a single seminar.
