Annual CLE
Gene F. Anderson Memorial CLE
Friday/Saturday, May 1-2, 2020
Fort Hays State University
Memorial Union - Black and Gold Room
Each year, the Ellis County Bar Association coordinates a seminar to provide attorneys across western Kansas the opportunity to obtain 12 hours of Continuing Legal Education, including two Ethics hours.
Named for former attorney and Municipal Court Judge Gene F. Anderson, the annual CLE includes classes Friday morning and afternoon, a "happy hour" get-together Friday evening for attendees, and final classes on Saturday morning; all in a format that allows Kansas attorneys to conveniently get all of the required continuing legal education needed in a single seminar.
The 2020 version of the CLE will take place Friday, May 1, and Saturday, May 2, in the Black and Gold Room at the Fort Hays State University Memorial Union. The cost is $200 (or $150 for dues paying members of the Association). There is an additional charge of $25.00 if an attendee requires printed materials, as opposed to a digital copy.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Watch for fliers soon with a schedule of presenters and registration information. Application for CLE credit approval in Kansas is currently pending.
